Here are June’s stats for my zip code in North Florida. The number of listings is falling off a cliff as prices rip higher. Average list price went from 400k to 589k, up 45% from June 2019 to June 2020. Average sale price went from 293k to 335k during the same time period. An average …
I used to see much more support for Trump. The supporters believed. They believed he was going to do some such thing that they supported – shut out immigrants, reform an industry, arrest people, drain the swamp etc. Whatever it was, they really believed. Now I see much less believin’. He had 3 years to …
Real estate prices have soared through the pandemic? Not so fast says Wolf Richter
The Northern system of government has failed…but they’ll fight to the bitter end to keep it going.
More and more people are being banned from the large web conglomerates. Those banned are obviously upset as the majority of their work and time went into building an audience on the platforms. It is hard to feel sympathy for these creators. They bargained for a large audience of mass man in exchange for no …
All data cannot be trusted at this point. The government knows that the remnants of American civilization could be lost and they will do everything they can to keep it going. There is something beautiful about this video, as rank as it is. Seeing the Grey Haired Brigade ride again is satisfying. America is coming apart at the seams. Even the retired geriatrics of South Florida can feel it. The old standard rallying cry ‘hate’ is being used as the motive. But something deeper is going …
